ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before joining State Farm, I worked in the hospitality industry, where I developed a strong foundation in customer service and building relationships. My interest in agency ownership began when a mutual friend opened his own State Farm agency, inspiring me to pursue the same path. I went through the Agent Aspirant Program and hit the ground running toward opening an agency of my own.
Outside of work, I'm a proud husband and father to one daughter. I love spending time with my family, golfing, and staying active. I also played college football, which helped shape my competitive mindset and team-oriented approach. Staying connected to our local community is important to me, and I enjoy being involved through the Chamber of Commerce and other community activities.
Our agency offers a $100 life insurance stipend, licensing reimbursement, professional development, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We also offer opportunities to pursue the Agent Aspirant Program for those interested in following a path toward agency ownership. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
